Insurance & Direct Billing

Insurance & Direct Billing

I offer direct billing through TELUS Health eClaims for many extended health providers, including:

  • Pacific Blue Cross

  • Sun Life

  • Other participating insurers

If your plan allows for direct billing, I will submit claims on your behalf so you only pay any remaining balance (if applicable).

If direct billing is not available for your provider, you will receive a receipt immediately after your session to submit for reimbursement.

Coverage for RCC Services

Many extended health plans in British Columbia cover services provided by a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC).

Coverage varies by plan, so I recommend confirming:

  • Your total coverage amount

  • Whether an RCC is included

  • If a physician referral is required
